Brian has practiced family law for more than
30 years and has been Board Certified since 1980. He has handled
cases involving high-profile leaders in all walks of life including
in the arts, business, education, fashion, law, law enforcement,
medicine, mental health, politics, professional sports, and even
the media. A popular lecturer and author, his published works covering
a wide variety of family law topics confirm the respect of his peers.
Brian has presided over Texas’ three largest statewide family law
organizations (the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas,
the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, and the Texas Chapter
of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers) and has served on
the boards of national and international family law organizations.
Brian is currently an officer in the Texas Family Law Foundation
which spearheads the legislative effort for Texas family lawyers
and is President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers
Foundation which provides financial assistance to organizations
benefitting the children of divorce as well as other worthy causes.
Brian is a proud past recipient of the prestigious Judge Sam Emison
Award, awarded by the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists for
outstanding contributions to the practice.

Nicole represents clients in all types of family
law matters in Dallas and surrounding counties. She has legal experience
in various litigation matters having spent her first two years practicing
insurance defense. Nicole is a member of the State Bar of Texas,
Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section, the Annette Stewart Inn
of Court and Attorneys Serving the Community. Nicole is also active
in the community, serving as a member of the Junior League of Dallas,
Board Member of The Elisa Project, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce
and Young Professionals Chamber of Commerce, and volunteer for Paws
in the City.
Nicole was chosen as a Texas Rising Star, Super Lawyers, 2008. She
has also been an author and speaker for the Texas State Bar.

Kathryn Lanigan Pruitt is a principal in Webb,
Voyles & Pruitt, P.C. Kathryn has tried several family law cases
before judges and juries, including divorce, custody, adoption,
modification, and enforcement cases. She also prepares premarital
and post-marital agreements.
Before focusing her practice on family law, Kathryn practiced civil litigation for nine years. Upon graduation from law school
in 1993, Kathryn served as Law Clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge
Nancy Johnson where she assisted in the preparation of opinions
regarding complex areas such as securities fraud, breach of
contract, insurance coverage, employment and civil rights. Subsequently,
Kathryn litigated on both sides of the docket in cases involving
medical malpractice, subrogation, F.E.L.A. and other types of personal
injury claims.
Kathryn is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Litigation Section,
Family Law Section, Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section, and
the Annette Stewart Inn of Court.
Kathryn was chosen as a Texas Rising Star, Super Lawyers, in 2005,
2006 and 2007. She has also been an author and speaker for the Texas
State Bar and has written several articles for the Dallas Bar Association

Natalie Webb is a Cum Laude graduate of the
Southern Methodist University School of Law where she served as
an Associate Managing Editor of the International Law Review and
as a Chief Justice of the Child Advocacy Clinic.
During her time in the Child Advocacy Clinic, Natalie
represented children as a Guardian Ad Litem and appeared at
hearings before the Court. In law school she was fortunate to
study Family Law under two Texas Family Law legends, Professor
Joseph W. McKnight and Chief Justice Linda B. Thomas of the
Dallas Court of Appeals.
Natalie also served as an intern for yet another Family Law
legend, Justice Ann C. McClure of the El Paso Court of Appeals,
and has been an author on various Family Law topics for the
State Bar of Texas.

Kay Redburn, Paralegal
Kay has been a paralegal since 1983 and has worked with Brian L.
Webb since 1992. Kay is a Board Certified Paralegal in Family Law
by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; is a Charter Member
(Paralegal) of the State Bar College; is a member of the Texas Academy
of Family Law Specialists; the Paralegal Division of the State Bar
of Texas; the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas; and
the Dallas Area Paralegal Association. She received the "Paralegal
of the Year" Award from DAPA in 2006 and the President's Award from
the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists in 2008.
